Three years have passed... Avatar Aang finds himself settling into a time of peace and tranquility. Though the war had ended some time ago and all seemed right in his eyes, he knew that the world was unstable and that he - the Avatar - was still strongly needed. Lord Zuko's crowing was the last moment of peace Aang was able to receive before his name began to fill the air with need. Three years... Aang had foolishly thought that peace and order would follow the moment Ozai was locked away, but it had taken three long years.
Little does he know that deep within the Spirit World lurks an evil far worse than Ozai. Shadow creatures worthy of nightmares plot their rule on the living world. Spirits - whose souls were darkened by greed, hate and all sense of ill intention - follow the Shadow Master. He is a mysterious figure known only to nightmares and scary stories, but he is a being capable of utter destruction.
While he is locked away in the dark realms of the Spirit World, he plots and teaches his followers the forbidden art of Shadowbending. There are many reasons why Shadowbending is forbidden, the most important reason being that it consumes those who use it. One becomes an empty shall and a servant to he who taught them. The Shadow Master is making his army and he plans to invade the living world and make it his own.
It's taken me three years, but I have you now, Avatar...
